Machine Monitoring

This feature is only available with Smart Shop Floor Sensors.

This page shows real-time Vibration and Temperature graphs of a machine once the Smart Shop Floor sensors have been installed.

  • Navigate to Utilisation Improvement → Machine Monitoring.
  • The user can select a required machine from the dropdown list on the top right-hand side of the screen.
  • One can monitor the changes in an machine's condition and identify developing of a fault.
  • On hovering over the graphs, a tooltip will display the RMS vibration, and Temperature data read at the respective point.
